The parties are ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE IN WRITING within five (5) days from the date of this Order why monetary sanctions or other sanctions should not be imposed for the apparent failure to comply with the requirements of Local Rule 16 and two Court Orders to file the Memoranda of Fact and Law, Joint Exhibit List, and Joint Witness List by no later than 21 days before the date of the Final Pretrial Conference as required by Local Rule 16. The Parties are further ORDERED to file all documents that were required to have been filed by August 20, 2026, forthwith. The parties are further advised that failure to comply with this order and failure to comply with future pretrial deadlines may result in other sanctions, up to and including dismissal of claims/striking of answers/entry of defaults.
