ORDER granting in part and denying in part 256 Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery.. The Court ORDERS the following: 1. By September 1, 2026, the parties in both Actions shall order a copy of the Conference Transcript by using the annexed form. 2. For the reasons discussed at the Conference, the Motions are GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. The Court declines to adopt any of the parties' proposed scheduling orders As further set forth in this Order. The Court instead ORDERS that all parties in both Actions shall complete all document discovery by September 30, 2026, and all fact discovery by January 29, 2027. Based on those deadlines, by September 2, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. ET, the parties in both Actions shall file a joint proposed revised case management plan adjusting any interim discovery deadlines in both Actions accordingly. As further set forth in this Order. Another telephone conference with counsel for all parties in both Actions to discuss the status of scheduling depositions as well as any other scheduling issues ripe for the undersigned's attention under the Referrals is scheduled for September 18, 2026 at 4:15 p.m. ET on the Court's conference line. The parties are directed to call (855) 244-8681; access code: 2308 226 4654, at the scheduled time. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to close Dkt. No. 190 in United States of America v.
