Order on Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery
ORDER granting in part and denying in part 11 Letter Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery. The parties motion for an extension of deadlines is GRANTED IN PART. Discovery deadlines shall be extended by thirty days. Fact depositions shall be completed by November 18, 2026. All fact discovery shall be completed by December 2, 2026. All expert discovery shall be completed by December 17, 2026. All discovery shall be completed by December 30, 2026. Any dispositive motion shall be filed by January 8, 2027. Opposition to dispositive motions shall be filed by January 22, 2027. Replies shall be filed by January 29, 2027. The joint pretrial order and all pretrial filings shall be filed by January 8, 2027.
