Ari Ungar, Esq., attorney for Plaintiffs in the related case Miller et al v. Arab Bank, PLC, 18-CV-2192, was also present.
The parties discussed the issues raised at 115 . Plaintiffs' motion for a protective order under Fed. R. Civ. Pro. 26(c) adjourning next week's depositions is denied.
