It does not appear that Defendant has provided the settlement agreement to the Court.It is hereby ORDERED that Defendant provide ex parte a copy of the Porcelanosa agreement to the Court via email (dunst_chambers@nyed.uscourts.gov) by 7/8/2026 at 10:00 AM. Furthermore, Plaintiff shall advise by 7/8/2026 at 10:00 AM whether it still seeks production of the Porclenosa agreement and/or a deposition of Michele Ross, even though those previously identified items are omitted from its list of remaining discovery it seeks to conduct.
