Minute Order Setting Deadlines Relating to Discovery Issues. During the June 22, 2026 Status Conference, the parties raised certain discovery issues and requested the Court's assistance with managing and resolving those disputes. Accordingly, the Court hereby ORDERS the following:1. By no later than July 2, 2026, Defendant Angiodynamics, Inc. (Angiodynamics) SHALL send to Plaintiffs a proposed protocol for the search and production of electronically stored information ("ESI"), including proposed search terms, available metrics, and proposed custodians with titles/roles. Plaintiffs SHALL respond to Angiodynamics' proposal with any comments or counter-proposal by no later than July 7, 2026. By no later than July 9, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (noon), Plaintiffs and Angiodynamics SHALL (1) file a joint status report on CM/ECF discussing any outstanding disputes relating the parties' proposed ESI protocols and (2) either lodge their respective ESI protocols with the Court (via email at efile_torres@casd.uscourts.gov) or file them as exhibits to the joint status report. The Court hereby SETS a discovery conference on July 10, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. to discuss any disputes surrounding the parties' ESI protocols.2. By no later than July 17, 2026, Angiodynamics SHALL produce verified amended responses to any of Plaintiffs' interrogatories that it is prepared to supplement. By no later than July 22, 2024 at 5:00 p.m., Plaintiffs SHALL lodge with the Court (via email at efile_torres@casd.uscourts.gov) those written discovery requests on which discovery disputes remain. The Court hereby SETS a discovery conference on July 24, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. to discuss any remaining issues regarding Angiodynamics' written discovery responses.The Court will provide videoconference information two days prior to each discovery conference.
