Docket Text ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant First Student, Inc.'s Motion for Summary Judgment or, in the Alternative, Judgment on the Pleadings. (Doc. 66 ) is DENIED without prejudice. Because the operative Case Management Order requires that "[a]ny motion to dismiss, motion for summary judgment, [or] motion for judgment on the pleadings... must be filed by October 5, 2026," (Doc. 32 at 4); see (Doc. 63 ) (extending the deadline for Daubert motions only), the Court denies First Student's Motion for Summary Judgment or, in the Alternative, Judgment on the Pleadings without prejudice. Additionally, as both parties seemingly misunderstood deadlines in the Court's case management order, see also (Doc. 69 at 2), the Court will entertain a joint motion to amend the deadlines for filing motions in the case management order, provided that the parties confer prior to filing the joint motion, demonstrate good cause for the failure to adhere to the deadlines, and file the joint motion no later than October 16, 2026.
