Plaintiffs' Reply in Support of Motion to Amend is due 11/6/2026 by 5PM. Oral argument is set for 11/13/2026 at 9:30AM in Eugene Courtroom 1. Out of state counsel have leave to attend oral argument remotely, provided local counsel are present in person. In the event the Court denies Defendant's Motion to Compel Arbitration, it will set further deadlines to allow for additional Rule 12(b)(6) motions.
