The parties shall submit ex parte settlement letters to Judge Marutollo's chambers via email (marutollo_chambers@nyed.uscourts.gov) by September 15, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. The ex parte settlement letters shall comply with Rule IV.C of Judge Marutollo's Individual Practices and Rules. All parties, including clients with settlement authority, shall be present in person for the settlement conference. The parties are further directed to comply with Rule IV.C.3 of Judge Marutollo's Individual Practices and Rules regarding who must appear at the continued settlement conference.
