TEXT ORDER: In light of Status Report 68 and the 7/8/2026 conference: (1) the Court schedules a mediation and settlement conference for 9/10/2026 at 12:00 p.m., before Magistrate Judge Miroslav Lovric, via Teams teleconference; (2) at that conference, the parties are directed to appear with counsel and with a representative of the party with full authority to enter into binding settlement agreements on behalf of that party in connection with this litigation; (3) in preparation for the scheduled 9/10/2026 mediation and settlement conference, no later than 9/3/2026, all parties shall submit directly to Magistrate Judge Lovric's chambers a short, concise confidential statement setting forth the material facts of the case, together with an indication of which, if any, are disputed, providing a synopsis of the parties' respective legal positions concerning any issues presented in the case, outlining any settlement discussions which have previously occurred, and an assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of the party's position in the case together with a candid indication of the party's settlement position; (4) that confidential statement shall NOT be filed with the court clerk and shall NOT to be served upon opposing counsel; and (5) counsel are directed to contact Courtroom Deputy Jennifer Casey at (607) 779-2623 to arrange for emailing the confidential statement to the Court.
