It is further ORDERED that Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint (Dkt. # 6 ) is hereby STRICKEN. It is finally ORDERED that, no later than Monday, September 14, 2026, Plaintiff shall file a new First Amended Complaint that complies with the requirements set forth in this order.
