ORDER Defendants Alvarez are ORDERED to file their response to the Governments Motion to Compel, Dkt. No. 58, by August 21, 2026. For efficiency, Defendants Alvarez may file one joint response on behalf of both individual Defendants if they so choose. Should the Government wish to file a reply, it may do so by August 28, 2026. Additionally, Defendants Alvarez are ORDERED to SHOW CAUSE for their failure to comply with the Courts order by filing an advisory by August 21, 2026. In their advisory Defendants Alvarez shall notify the Court why they did not update the Court regarding their representation as ordered.To resolve the foregoing matters, the Parties are ORDERED to attend a hearing before the undersigned on September 29, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., in Courtroom 2B in Laredo, Texas before Magistrate Judge Diana Song Quiroga. Defendants Alvarez are ORDERED to appear in person. The Government may appear in person or by Zoom; should the Government wish to appear by Zoom, it is ORDERED to file an advisory by September 22, 2026, notifying the Court and requesting a Zoom link.
