Martinez, United States District Judge: The Muckleshoot Indian Tribe filed a Motion for Temporary Restraining Order in this case on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 11:57 P.M. By local rule, other parties are typically required to file a notice indicating whether they plan to oppose the Motion within twenty-four hours after service and file a response within forty-eight hours. LCR 65(b)(5). Because these deadlines are stated in hours rather than days, they are not extended to Monday because they fall on a Saturday or Sunday. LCR 6(a). However, the Court has reviewed this Motion and now DIRECTS that any response must be filed by no later than 10:00 A.M. on Monday, July 13, 2026. (CB)
