Fact discovery shall be completed by 01/29/2027 with a status report certifying the close of fact discovery due that same day. Affirmative export reports are due 02/26/2027; rebuttal expert reports are due 03/30/2027. Depositions of experts shall be completed by 04/20/2027. All discovery shall be completed by 04/20/2027 with a joint status report certifying the close of all discovery due 04/30/2027. The parties shall take the first step in dispositive motion practice by 05/11/2027. If none, the parties shall file a proposed joint pre-trial order by 06/08/2027, either way pursuant to the presiding district judge's individual rules. See attached.
