The Court's Standing Order provides that "[a]ny 'DOE' or fictitiously-named Defendant(s) who is not identified and served within 90 days after the case is filed shall be dismissed pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m)." To date, more than ninety (90) days have passed since Plaintiffs filed this case, yet Plaintiffs have failed to timely identify and serve any "Doe" Defendants.
