TEXT ORDER: The parties' 23 Joint Motion for Extension of Time to File Stipulation to Dismiss is GRANTED. Under Fed. R. Civ. P. 6(b)(1)(A), courts may, for good cause, extend time when a request is made before the original deadline expires. Based on the circumstances discussed in the parties' motion, the Court finds good cause. Accordingly, the parties' deadline to file a stipulation of dismissal is now September 18, 2026.
