On September 22, 2026, counsel for Preston Judd, a defendant in case number 2:26-cv-00996-CDS-NJK, filed a motion to be excused from the hearing scheduled for this Friday, September 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. See ECF No. 1023 . Finding good cause therein, I grant the motion in part. Preston Judd is excused from attending the September 25, 2026 hearing. However, because his declaration, which is attached to the motion, fails to fully address the court's questions regarding the conflict of interest, counsel Kevin Anderson must be prepared to address Preston Judd's availability for a Zoom hearing the week of October 5.

Plaintiff asks this Court to determine whether service was properly effectuated upon Defendants Douglas Gerrard and Gerrard Cox & Larsen. Alternatively, Plaintiff asks to service these Defendants via email. As Defendants have already appeared (see Motion to Dismiss at ECF No. 83) and do not challenge service, this Court denies Plaintiff's motion (ECF No. 108) as moot.
