MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Judge Miranda M. Du on 8/13/2026.
Defendant Talion Construction, LLC filed a motion to stay case pending arbitration. (ECF No. 18 ("Motion").) Plaintiff filed essentially a non-opposition to the Motion. (ECF No. 19 .) Accordingly, the Court grants the Motion (ECF No. 18 ). This case will be stayed pending arbitration. The parties are directed to file a joint status report within 14 days from final resolution of the arbitration. In the meantime, the Court kindly directs the Clerk's Office to administratively close this case.
