In particular, the court is interested about any potential conflicts between the duties, responsibilities and payment of fees and expenses of existing Plaintiffs' Leadership Team and the new proposed co-leaders; any differences that may exist between the cases of existing Litigating Plaintiffs; and whether the new cases filed by attorney Abramowitz will be impacted.
