ORDER ON PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO COMPEL DISCOVERY: Plaintiff's motion to compel discovery Filing No. 164 is granted in part and denied in part. Within 21 days of this order, Defendants shall provide Plaintiff copies of any IMPD policies and instructions in effect on December 22, 2020, as described above. Defendants shall also provide Plaintiff the identity of the female officer visible in the body camera footage, her role in the arrest and detention, and any recorded communicatio ns she had with the other officers in connection with the underlying incident. All other requests for relief in Plaintiff's motion are denied. In addition, the Clerk is directed to remove the City of Indianapolis from the docket. (See Order.) Copy to plaintiff via US mail.
