ORDER GRANTING STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL AND APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT the court hereby dismisses with prejudice all of these Plaintiffs' claims against Defendants Dustin Dillard, Danny Vasquez, Kevin Mansell, and Raymond Dominguez.
