Minute Order Order on Motion to Stay Case
MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Magistrate Judge Elayna J. Youchah on 7/31/2026.
On July 16, 2026, Defendant filed a Motion to Stay Discovery (ECF No. 13 ). No response to the Motion was timely filed. No request to extend the due date for a response was received by the Court. Under United States District Court for the District of Nevada Local Rule 7-2(d), the Court may treat the failure of the non-moving party to respond to a motion as consent to grant that motion.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion to Stay Discovery (ECF No. 13 ) is GRANTED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if resolution of the pending dispositive motion does not resolve this case in its entirety, a joint proposed discovery plan and scheduling order must be filed with the Court no later than thirty days after the Court issues its ruling on that motion.
