(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER by Judge Kenly Kiya Kato: The Court is in receipt of the parties' Joint Status Report filed on June 22, 2026. (Dkt. 74 ). On March 13, 2025, the Court granted Defendants' Motion to Stay Pending Resolution of Ex Parte Reexaminations of the Asserted Patents. (Dkt. 50 ). In the Joint Status Report, the parties indicate the reexamination proceedings for the Asserted Patents have concluded. (Dkt. 74 ). Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 1. The stay ordered on March 13, 2025, (dkt. 50 ), is lifted. 2. The parties shall file a Joint Case Management Report by July 2, 2026, after which the Court will enter a new pretrial scheduling order.
