A productive Mediation conference was held from approximately 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Progress was made as to potential settlement of both cases by all parties. All parties will be exchanging information and continuing to confer in the near future on several issues as discussed at the mediation conference. The mediation conference is continued to and scheduled for 9/28/2026 at 12:00 p.m., via Teams teleconference.
