MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER (1) STRIKING IMPROPER FILINGS (Doc. 195; Doc. 196), AND (2) DISMISSING ACTION by Judge Josephine L. Staton Striking 195 Request to Produce; Striking 196 Request to Produce: The Court now turns to the recent filings in this action. On July 7, 2026, Plaintiffs in this action, STM Atlantic, N.V., Emil Youssefzadeh, and Umar Javed, filed two requests to produce documents on the docket, and set the requests for hearing on August 24, 2026. (Doc. 195; Doc. 196.) The Court cannot discern what relief Plaintiffs seek from the Court through these filings, and deems them to be improper. Accordingly, Plaintiffs' filings (Doc. 195; Doc. 196) are STRICKEN. Further, as explained above, this case has been stayed pending arbitration since February 2019. Arbitration has now concluded, and the Court has confirmed the arbitration award in the Related Case. Thus, the Court DISMISSES this action. No further filings will be considered in this action.
