   MINUTE ORDER (text only) authorized by Judge Lauren King. The Court again ORDERS the parties to submit a proposed order in light of the Ninth Circuit's ruling within 21 days. Any differing proposals and associated arguments should be shown clearly in the proposed order in the style of a joint submission under Local Civil Rule 37(a)(2)(B). That is, the parties should submit a proposed order in its entirety, and for each section that is disputed, they should note it is disputed and, in the disputed section, set forth each side's proposal and *brief* arguments supporting the proposal. The Court will accept only one filing. The Court further ORDERS the parties to SHOW CAUSE within 7 days why the court should not impose sanctions for the parties' failure to abide by its 121 prior order. Each party may submit one filing to show cause. The Court cautions that if it finds that any party has failed to engage in this process in good faith it will impose sanctions, and that further violations of this Court's orders or other Court rules will result in sanctions.
