Order That Certain Plaintiffs Immediately Contact Their Counsel. The Court has received several requests and motions to withdraw as counsel. Counsel for the Plaintiffs listed on Exhibit A to this Order have sought to withdraw from the representation. The Court ORDERS (1) counsel for these Plaintiffs to serve this Order on their clients; and (2) these Plaintiffs to contact their counsel by August 14, 2026. Further, the Court DIRECTS the PLC to file a notice by August 21, 2026 identifying any Plaintiffs who failed to timely contact their counsel. For Plaintiffs who fail to timely contact their counsel, the Court will dismiss their claims, with prejudice where appropriate. Judge J. Philip Calabrese on July 10, 2026.
