NOTICE by Pinellas County School Board re 13 MOTION to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim Counts II and III of Plaintiff's Complaint Revised Local Rule 3.01(g) (Jackson, Erin)
Sealed Order on Motion to Seal
ENDORSED ORDER granting-in-part and denying-in-part Medtronic, Inc.'s and Stephen Markuns' motion to seal. Doc. 167. For the reasons explained in my April 29, 2026, order, Doc. 140, there is good cause for granting the motion to seal Medtronic's and Markun's unredacted memoranda in support of summary judgment, as to Stryker Employment Company, LLC's counterclaims and exhibits G, J, K, L, M, O, P, Q, R, T, U,V, W, and X. Docs. 165, 166. Sealing is appropriate to protect Stryker Employment Company, LLC's and Medtronic's confidential and proprietary information. This seal shall last until 90 days after the case is closed and all appeals exhausted. See Local Rule 1.11(e). Notwithstanding, Medtronic's motion is denied with respect to Exhibits B, D, F. Docs. 167-3, 167-4, 167-5. These documents contain no confidential information, and Stryker has filed unredacted versions of these exhibits in support of Stryker's motion for summary judgment, Doc. 154. See, e.g., Docs. 154-2, 154-3. Signed by Magistrate Judge Lindsay S. Griffin on 7/24/2026. (NGB)
