Order on Motion to Amend Scheduling Order
ORDER finding as moot 110 Unopposed Motion for Extension of Deadlines. The District Judge's Order (Doc. 93 ) dismissed Plaintiff's Complaint without prejudice, which nullified the previously-entered Scheduling Order. In other words, there is no current schedule in place with the deadlines referenced in Defendant's motion. The undersigned Magistrate Judge recently granted Plaintiff the opportunity to file an additional motion for leave to amend. (Doc. 109 .) If that motion is granted and Plaintiff is permitted to file an amended complaint, the Court will set a deadline for the parties to submit a joint status report regarding any remaining discovery and to propose relevant case deadlines.
