PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon the parties' Joint Scheduling Report (the "Report"). ECF No. 30 . Local Rule 16.1(b) requires parties to submit a written conference report addressing the matters set forth therein, together with a joint proposed scheduling order. Although styled as Joint Scheduling Report, the filing contains only a proposed scheduling order and does not include the conference report required by the Local Rules.
