American Airlines, Inc., Case No. 1:26-CV-02557-JRR (doc. 16). Further, Plaintiff must file a status report, no later than fourteen (14) days after the District of Maryland's ruling on defendant's motion to dismiss, advising this Court of the outcome of that ruling and of the parties' position regarding further proceedings in this action.
