ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's Notice Regarding Court's Inquiry ("Notice ") [ECF No. 693 ]. In the Notice, Plaintiff indicates that she is not reasserting certain claims at this time. The Court ORDERS Plaintiff to file an additional notice detailing: (1) which claims, against which Defendants, remain active in this case; (2) which claims, against which Defendants, are bifurcated and abated; and (3) which claims, against which Defendants, Plaintiff is not pursuing at this time. The Court will dismiss without prejudice claims falling into the third category. The Court ORDERS Plaintiff to confer with Defendants before filing the required notice and to note any disagreements in her filing. The notice must be filed by September 15, 2026. Further, the Court ORDERS Defendants to respond to the First Amended Complaint within fourteen days after Plaintiff files the required notice. (Ordered by Judge Karen Gren Scholer on 9/8/2026) (ndt)
