PLAINTIFF'S NOTICE OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSALPursuant to Rule 41(a)(l )(A)(i) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Plaintiff herebydismisses without prejudice all causes of action in the Complaint against the following Defendantsidentified in Schedule A to the Complaint:SFWXCOS, Saniplaycos, 1791's lady and Draginn terminated.Each party shall bear their own attorney 's fees and costs. Defendants have not filed an answer or a motion for summary judgment in this matter. Therefore, it is respectfully submitted that dismissal under Rule 41 (a)(l )(A)(i) is appropriate. The case shall remain against other named Defendants identified in Schedule A to the Complaint. ORDER: Accordingly, the Court directs the parties to advise the Court within seven (7) days of the date of this Order whether they have completed the pre-motion letter exchange as toeither of these contemplated motions and whether they intendto mov e forward with their contemplated motions. If theparties have completed the pre-motion letter exchange and intend to move forward with their contemplated motions, the parties shall inform the Court whether they consent for the Court to deem the pre-m otion letters to constitute a fully briefed motion to dismiss and rule on the basis of those letters, or whether the parties request supplemental or full briefing. If the parties request supplemental or full briefing, they shall submit a proposed briefing schedule along with their reply to this Order. SO ORDERED.
