ORDER granting in part and denying in part 34 Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery. In light of the outstanding travel visa issue, which must be resolved before Plaintiff's corporate representative can be available for a deposition in the United States, the request for a discovery extension is granted in part and denied in part. The revised dates are as follows: The deadlines for the depositions are extended to 9/28/2026. The fact discovery deadline is extended to 10/28/2026. Any post-deposition demands must be timely made so that the compliance date falls within the discovery schedule. By 10/28/2026, counsel must file a status letter as to whether expert discovery will be conducted, and confirming the conclusion of fact discovery. Dispositive motion practice must be commenced by 12/4/2026, or in the alternative, the proposed joint pretrial order must be filed by 1/15/2027.
