Russo: Granting the parties' Stipulated Motion to Modify Case Schedule 48 as follows: All Defendants shall move to dismiss, answer, or otherwise respond to the amended complaint on 9/25/2026. Should Defendants move to dismiss the amended complaint, the deadline for Plaintiffs to file a brief in opposition thereto shall be 11/16/2026. The deadline for Defendants to file a reply brief in further support of any motion to dismiss shall be 12/16/2026. Within fourteen (14) days of an order that denies in whole or in part any motion to dismiss, the parties shall both meet and confer pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(f) and submit a joint status report that proposes a schedule for any motion for class certification and any associated discovery deadlines.
