Lefebvre, --- F.4th ----2026 WL 2883211(2026), wherein it stated that "RICRA discrimination claims are 'actions of tort' under the State Tort Claims Act 'and thus fall within the waiver of immunity contained in the [State Tort Claims Act],'" Count IV involving a claim under RICRA is a valid claim to be tried along with the other viable claims.
