Minute Order Order on Stipulation
MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Magistrate Judge Elayna J. Youchah on 10/2/2026.
The parties' Stipulation seeking to extend the deadline for the putative Defendants to file an answer to the Interpleader Complaint (ECF No. 123 ) is denied for two reasons: (1) under LR IA 6-1 a "stipulation to extend time must state the reasons for the extension requested"; and, (2) LR IA 6-2 requires the "signature block must not begin on a separate page; it must appear approximately 1 inch below the last typewritten matter on the right-hand side of the last page of the stipulation...." The parties' stipulation complies with neither of these rules.
