Order on Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice
ORDER denying without prejudice 19 Motion for Attorney Matthew Wilson to be Admitted Pro Hac Vice. Attorney Wilson has not provided the bar identification numbers that correspond with his admission to the courts listed on page four of his motion nor indicated that no bar numbers were issued by those Courts. The motion is denied without prejudice to resubmission. As the Court previously denied Attorney Wilson's pro hac vice motion on the exact same basis, see ECF No. 17, it will not permit him to appear pro hac vice in this action if his next renewed motion is similarly deficient. The Court expects both local counsel and attorneys seeking pro hac vice to carefully review the Court's orders and ensure compliance with them, so as not to waste scarce judicial resources on review of repeated facially deficient motions. Finally, as this case has been consolidated with Lead Case 26-CV-1013 (SVN), any renewed motion shall be filed in that case, not this one. Signed by Judge Sarala V. Nagala on 9/4/2026. (sd)
