REVISED CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER: No later than September 11, 2026, the parties must submit a proposed schedule for AECOM's anticipated motion to increase the limitation fund (see Dkts. 125 5(b), 132) under Supplemental Admiralty Rule F(7), including a briefing schedule and two potential dates for an evidentiary hearing on the motion. In light of the issues discussed at today's status conference, the discovery schedule as set forth in the initial case management order (Dkt. 125) is EXTENDED as follows: 1.Fact Depositions. All fact depositions must be completed no later than January 28,2027. 2.Close of Fact Discovery. All remaining fact discovery must be completed no later than March 1, 2027. 3.Expert Discovery. Disclosure of expert evidence, including the identities and written reports of experts, as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2)(A), (B), or (C),must be made no later than April 15, 2027. The disclosure of expert evidence intended to oppose expert evidence on the same subject matter disclosed by the opposing party must be made no later than June 1, 2027. The disclosure of expert evidence intended to rebut the opposing expert reports, which are normally referred to as reply expert reports in the non-admiralty context, must be submitted no later than June 29, 2027. Depositions of experts must be completed no later than July29, 2027. 4.Close of Discovery. All discovery must be completed no later than July 29, 2027. All other provisions of the initial case management order remain in effect. Judge Moses will conduct a status conference on February 25, 2027, at 10:00 a.m. No later than February 18, 2027, the parties must submit a joint status letter outlining the progress of discovery to date, as well as any settlement efforts. If no discovery controversies exist at that time, the parties may request that the conference be held telephonically. Deposition due by 7/29/2027. Fact Discovery due by 3/1/2027.
