Following discussion with counsel during the Status Conference, a Settlement Conference has been scheduled for November 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM before the undersigned in Courtroom 1020, of the Alfonse M. D'Amato U.S. Courthouse, 100 Federal Plaza, Central Islip, N.Y. 11722. The parties shall comply with the undersigned's Individual Practice Rules regarding Settlement Conferences (see Rule § 5) and the parties shall submit their EX PARTE settlement statements to the Chambers e-mail, at Wicks_Chambers@nyed.uscourts.gov, on or before November 2, 2026.
The parties are reminded to comply with the Hon. Nusrat J. Choudhury's order to exchange all pertinent documentation, as outlined on the record, prior to the Settlement Conference.
