Order on Motion to Expedite
ORDER granting in part 95 Plaintiffs' Motion to Expedite Hearing and for Extension of Time. Although Plaintiffs seek to extend their deadline to respond to Defendants' Motion to Determine Choice of Law, ECF No. 91 , they do not propose a new response deadline. See ECF No. 95 at 6. Plaintiffs also do not address the corresponding deadlines for Defendants' initial expert disclosures, Plaintiffs' rebuttal expert disclosures, or any other deadlines in the Jury Trial Scheduling Order that may be affected. To permit the parties to confer and propose a complete schedule, the expert disclosure deadlines are STAYED pending further order. On or before August 7, 2026, the parties shall meet and confer and file a joint status report proposing specific dates for the remaining briefing on Defendants' Motion to Determine Choice of Law and for all expert disclosures, and identifying any other deadlines in the Jury Trial Scheduling Order that would require modification. If the parties cannot agree, the joint status report shall separately state each party's proposed schedule. Further, on or before August 7, 2026, the parties shall confer with Courtroom Deputy to schedule oral argument on Defendants' Motion to Determine Choice of Law. Text-only; no PDF. Signed by Judge Mary K. Dimke. (ETG)
