Further, pursuant to the stipulation to dismiss, Plaintiff and defendant United States of America shall bear their own costs, fees, and expenses. Accordingly, Plaintiff is ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE in writing no later than seven (7) days from the date of this Order why the Court should exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the state law claims asserted in the FAC.
