TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Defendant's request for an extension of the expert discovery schedule, (ECF No. 62), and Plaintiff's opposition thereto (ECF No. 63). Upon consideration of the parties' respective positions, and in an exercise of this Court's broad discretion relating to the scheduling of discovery, see In re Fine Paper Antitrust Litig., 685 F.2d 810, 817 (3d Cir. 1982), Defendant's request is GRANTED. Accordingly, any affirmative expert reports shall be served on or before 10/19/26. Any rebuttal expert reports shall be served on or before 12/3/26. All expert discovery, including expert depositions, shall be complete by 1/4/27. Given the age of the case and the amount of time for expert discovery already provided, the Court will not grant any further extensions absent extraordinary circumstances. The parties should be guided accordingly. The Telephone Status Conference set for 9/15/26 at 12:00 p.m. shall proceed as scheduled. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Jessica S. Allen on 8/24/2026. (amv)
