Order on Motion for Leave to Appear
ORDER by Magistrate Judge Susan Prose on 5/28/2024, granting Plaintiff's motion (ECF No. 204) to attend the 6/18/2024 final pretrial conference in person. Defendant's counsel may do so as well, if they wish. Plaintiff's motion appears to imply that counsel of non-parties may still wish to attend the final pretrial conference as well, but this court has in the meanwhile denied Plaintiff's request for further discovery from the non-parties. There is therefore no reason for counsel for non-parties to participate in the final pretrial conference, and this court does not intend to allow their participation or solicit their input during the final pretrial conference.
