DOCKET ORDER RE: Status Report and Request for Trial Setting (Dkt. 109). IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT on or before July 23, 2026, the parties must confer and file a joint notice providing at least 2-3 proposed trial dates commencing no earlier than November 2, 2026. The joint notice must also include the parties anticipated length of the trial and proposed dates for filing any motions in limine, and may include other pretrial filing dates such as: voir dire, proposed jury instructions, exhibits and witness lists, and trial briefs.
