Each party is to provide his or her letter to Judge McNally by e-mail to Settlement_Correspondence_McNally@ilnd.uscourts.gov on the same day that the letter is sent to opposing counsel. The parties are directed to review and comply with Judge McNally's Standing Order for Settlement Conferences located on the Court's website. Ex parte conferences are scheduled as follows: Plaintiff set on 9/1/26 at 11:00 a.m. Defense set on 9/2/26 at 11:00 a.m. Clients are welcome to participate in the ex parte conferences but are not required to attend.
