MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: Defendant Carleton College's motion to exclude the expert testimony of Kaori Kenmotsu (Doc. No. 73 ) is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART as follows:a. Kenmotsu may testify as to the heightened risk of sexual misconduct in dance instruction, including information about hierarchies and dance pedagogy. b. Kenmotsu is barred from testifying about Carleton's duty of care in hiring, retaining, and supervising employees. Defendant Carleton College's motion for summary judgment (Doc. No. 79 ) is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART as follows:a. The motion is granted as to Counts 5 and 6.b. The motion is denied as to Counts 1, 2, 3, and 4.
