MINUTE (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER TEMPORARILY STAYING PETITIONER'S TRANSFER OUTSIDE THE CENTRAL DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA by Magistrate Judge Karen L. Stevenson: denying as moot 2 EX PARTE APPLICATION for TRO. To provide the Court and the parties an adequate opportunity to respond to and determine the issues pertaining to the pending Petition, the Court hereby ORDERS PETITIONER'S PENDING TRANSFER TEMPORARILY STAYED. Respondents may not transfer Petitioner outside of the Central District of California while this stay is in place. The Court will lift this stay after the Court has considered the merits of the Petition and the relevant briefing, and determines that no issues remain to be decided in the pending habeas proceeding. In light of the issuance of this stay, the Court DENIES Petitioner's Ex Parte Application as MOOT. (Dkt. No. 2.) (SEE DOCUMENT FOR FURTHER DETAILS). (hr)
