McShain: The Court has reviewed the parties' joint status report, 59 , which reports that discovery is progressing and no further settlement discussions have taken place. The Court reminds the parties that under the scheduling order entered by District Judge Chang, Rule 26(a)(2)(C) summaries for treating health care providers (if any) must be disclosed 60 days in advance of the 12/21/2026 fact discovery deadline. Further joint status report due 10/23/2026 to update the Court on (a) the progress of discovery; (b) a proposed expert discovery schedule (c) the state of settlement discussions, if any; and (d) any other matters the parties believe should be brought to the Court's attention.
