The Court's prior order extending the deadline for Defendant to submit her Daubert briefing expressly contemplated that Defendant may receive additional discovery material on August 3, 2026; the amended deadline of August 31, 2026, intentionally includes sufficient time for Defendant to incorporate that material, if necessary, into her briefing.
