Order ~Util - Set/Reset Hearings
ORDER discharging the order to show cause previously entered in this matter (Doc. 41). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Sean and Lucielle Bingham are granted thirty (30) days to obtain substitute counsel for Defendant Lift Deployment Services LLC. Upon securing substitute counsel, the Court will entertain a motion to extend the deadlines set forth in the Scheduling Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff Lone Star Utilities and Services LLC shall refrain from moving for default judgment during this thirty-day period. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the stay of all deadlines previously imposed (Doc. 39), shall remain in effect until further order of the Court. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, within seven (7) days, attorneys Laura Martinez and Amy Hoffman shall provide Sean and Lucielle Bingham with their complete litigation file and, within one (1) day, shall file a notice of compliance with the Court. confirming that Defendants have received the file. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court is directed to email a copy of this Order to lmartinez@frostllp.com; ahoffman@hoffmanlegalaz.com; skbing@icloud.com; and lubingham120@icloud.com. IT IS FINALLY ORDERED setting a virtual status conference for Friday, September 11, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The parties will be provided with information and instructions to join by video in advance of the hearing. All counsel and Defendants Sean and Lucielle Bingham must appear.
