ORDER - On June 12, 2026, Defendant Atlantic Richfield Company filed their answer. (ECF No. 26 .) Pursuant to Local Rule 26-1(a), the parties were required to submit a stipulated discovery plan and scheduling order on or before July 27, 2026. To date, the parties have not done so. The Court therefore grants the parties a sua sponte extension up to and including Thursday, August 13, 2026, to file their stipulated discovery plan and scheduling order.
